Program Intake

In Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) the program intake is of 60 Seats

Program Structure

BBA program is designed with an objective to produce future business managers, executives and entrepreneurs with a blend of theory and practical experience which helps students to take up challenges in the industry. First year of the program builds basic concepts in various business related subjects, while second year focuses on specialized subjects. In the final year, students choose their stream and pursue their training in the chosen functional area.

 

In the third year, students take up live projects related to HR, marketing, finance, laws and policies, financial statement analysis, decision making, wealth management etc. which provides them a hold on the theoretical concepts of business administration. In the final semester, students join an industry setup for training based on their chosen specialization. This is an important and compulsory part of the curriculum that is designed to provide industrial exposure and develop an understanding of the real corporate world to the students.

About Program

BBA is a three-year professional undergraduate course in Business Management. It is open to students from all three streams i.e., Science, Arts and Commerce. The BBA course offers knowledge and training in management and leadership skills to prepare them for managerial roles and entrepreneurship. The Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA) course aims at developing well-rounded students who are schooled in a diverse range of subject areas. Students will master the fundamentals of business management and leadership, and in the process, gain insights into the major areas of global business. Students choose a business major from a choice of seven business specialisations (corporate communication, finance, strategic management, marketing, operations management, organisational behavior & human resources and quantitative finance). Concentrations within the finance major (wealth management concentration, international trading concentration, investment banking concentration, financial risk analysis concentration) and management major (entrepreneurship concentration) enhance students’ competitive edge in the job market.
